I prefer using Eastgate Ford for service on my Ford vehicles. I find the staff friendly and easy to talk to. I also enjoy the classic Mustangs that occasionally park by the service doors.

I needed Transmission fluid for my truck and the lady at front alyscia said we’re closing at 6 and I said I’ll be there at 5:58 and she said to come to dealership parts by when I reached there at 5:58 she left and wasted my time. I’ll never come back to this dealership.
We had a great experience with Ford Sales Department. When we arrived Ron Jergeris met us and answered all our questions anout the vehicle we were looking for, he informed us of all the discounts available. Ron went out of his way to get us the colour we wanted. We are very happy with our new car. Thank you Ron
