The superintendent is wonderful and ensures that all maintenance and comfort is attended to with plenty of notice. I was never concerned with the safety and comfort in my four years at this location.
I lived here for 2. 5 years and only moved because I purchased a condo. The building is fantastic and I loved my unit. Beautiful upgrades with lots of windows, stainless steel appliances and I had an open concept unit with laminate floors and the bathroom had a great tiled tub surround. The neighbours were all great and it was a nice, friendly place to live. I truly felt like it was my home and not just a rental apartment. Nathan, the manager, is fantastic. I lived here for almost 4 years and it was an enjoyable stay - I moved out due to expanding my family and needing more space. Very close to shopping and essentials, parks and friendly neighbours. I found it to be a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood too. Our building manager Nathan really went above and beyond to make sure my unit was always taken care of anytime anything was needed, and even helped me out big time with my move out during pregnancy. I’ll miss this place!
Excellent building to live in. Nathan is a great landlord. If u run into him anywhere on site it’s always a nice chat. Always there to help out or get things fixed asap. No problems with neighbours or hearing other tenants.
