My family has enjoyed our time here, and are only leaving because we have to transition into the city. Our unit is modern, spacious and bright. Nathan is fantastic at looking after things. The hallways and laundry room is always clean, and the grounds are well maintained. He is friendly, and always there should any issues arise. I would absolutely recommend this place to others. Thanks for making our time here enjoyable and easy.
Our previous tenant was respectful, easy to communicate with, and took great care of the unit. The apartment stayed clean and well-maintained throughout our stay, which made everything smooth for us. We truly appreciated their responsibility and kindness. Would gladly recommend them to any future landlord. 🌿
Loved living here! The units were cozy! Great building to live in. Nathan is the best!! He will fix anything for you in a timely manner! I’d absolutely recommend living here!
The superintendent is wonderful and ensures that all maintenance and comfort is attended to with plenty of notice. I was never concerned with the safety and comfort in my four years at this location.
I lived here for 2. 5 years and only moved because I purchased a condo. The building is fantastic and I loved my unit. Beautiful upgrades with lots of windows, stainless steel appliances and I had an open concept unit with laminate floors and the bathroom had a great tiled tub surround.
