Loved living here.Nathen the property manager is a stand up decent guy!
I lived here for almost 4 years and it was an enjoyable stay - I moved out due to expanding my family and needing more space. Very close to shopping and essentials, parks and friendly neighbours. I found it to be a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood too. Our building manager Nathan really went above and beyond to make sure my unit was always taken care of anytime anything was needed, and even helped me out big time with my move out during pregnancy. I’ll miss this place!
Excellent building to live in. Nathan is a great landlord. If u run into him anywhere on site it’s always a nice chat. Always there to help out or get things fixed asap. No problems with neighbours or hearing other tenants.
I had a leaky kitchen faucet that was repaired (replaced) in 2hrs. This is an obvious advantage of a skilled on-site manager.
