I lived here before and loved it. Minor complaints, but that's it. After moving back in, it has been a nightmare. From day one, I've been kept up late at night by loud noises, accused of having multiple cars, accused of making loud noises, had my own noise complaints ignored, woken up early almost every other month to the maintenance barging in, and accused of breaking lease over and over again. The Apartment Comolex Manager Emily, is extremely rude well more like passive aggressive. She also just walks in and takes things that belong to the tenants. The Apartments are beautiful, I just wish management would change.
I asked if there was any exception to the no pets policy. Sometimes pets are allowed if they are documented emotional support animals, and/or if you pay a pet rent and deposit. I was met with a lot more sass than I felt my question deserved when I called and asked. I helped people move out of Eastgate apartments and they had three dogs. It was years ago and I didn't know if the pet policy had changed. That's why I wanted to know about an exception. I'm already having a bad day and didn't need the vibe I got from the lady on ... read more
