The Apartment Comolex Manager Emily, is extremely rude well more like passive aggressive. She also just walks in and takes things that belong to the tenants. The Apartments are beautiful, I just wish management would change.
I asked if there was any exception to the no pets policy. Sometimes pets are allowed if they are documented emotional support animals, and/or if you pay a pet rent and deposit. I was met with a lot more sass than I felt my question deserved when I called and asked. I helped people move out of Eastgate apartments and they had three dogs. It was years ago and I didn't know if the pet policy had changed. That's why I wanted to know about an exception. I'm already having a bad day and didn't need the vibe I got from the lady on ... read more

BOY, do I have a lot to say. Firstly, the apartments are nice, the maintenance men are nice, the leasing manager is nice. The landlord is awful. She's pushy, ableist, rude, couldn't learn how to spell my brother's name even after 2 years, lies on paperwork, and has no empathy or consideration for low-income families. I paid my rent every month. Admittedly sometimes late, but it always got paid while I struggled with cancer and taking care of my disabled brother.
