Have been woken up at 4:30 in the morning since the day we moved in. After several noise complaints, nothing has changed. The trees are dead, the carpet has random bubbles and cuts in it, and the microwave flips the breaker a lot. We were attracted because it's a new apartment, but we hate living here.
