We love living here!
Extremely dirty apartments. My friend lives here and when I visited it was very off putting. I saw a mouse scurry into on of the apartments. Do not rent here. Run away, don’t walk.
The apartments are poorly maintained, with issues such as unpleasant odors, mice infestations, and dog waste. Police are frequently called, and management is unprofessional and unresponsive. The regional manager displays racist tendencies and shifts blame to residents for ongoing issues. Reports of mice are dismissed, and upon move-out, management inflates basic wear and tear into damage charges. I give a 4.5 star. I absolutely love living here. I have all new appliances, the place is very quiet, private and serene. Good parking. Very spacious with plenty of close spaces, beautiful hardwood floors, courteous neighbors. I am only moving because of recent marriage and transitioning to my husband's home. Maintenance responds promptly, the grounds are kept nice, pool is good and a nice park directly across the street. I love Eastgate and am grateful they gave me the opportunity to call this home🩷
I have lived here for a year and a half. I had only one major problem with leasing and management but with maintenance, Whenever I called maintenance, they would get back to me as soon as possible. They always fix any problems that I always had. The only main concern I had was moving out. I gave them well in advance notice of my vacancy. when I first moved in the leasing agent, advise me pets are allowed with no additional fee, and after one year, I will be in the Month to month basis.
