Sucks all of these - Apartments and manager and neighbors. Trash apartments and trash neighbors. Seems lead comes out of the walls,white stuff everywhere. Maintenance never fixes your problems,manager appears only twice a week. Loud trash neighbors. Never go near to this place..

ITS NOT EVEN WORTH A RATE. WE MOVED IN AND THERE WAS FLEA POWDER ON THE FLOOR FLEAS EVERYWHERE.THE CARPETS HAD HUGE PEE SPOTS AND SMELLED LIKE PEE. THE ROD IN THE CLOSET HANGING THERE THE KITCHEN CABINETS FALLING DOWN. THERE WAS FOOD PARTICLES ON THE STOVE AND IN THE FRIDGE. WHEN WE MOVED IN WE COMPLAINED AND NOTHING DONE. WE ALSO HAD OUR AIR CONDITIONER GO OUT AND TOOK FOREVER TO GET A NEW ONE. i moved into eastgate apartments recently and absolutely love it here the people here are very nice and it looks like they are starting to improve everything around the complex it is really starting to look very nice around here and cant wait to see the final results...
I posted the first review for these apartments back in Oct of 2007. Things were good then. Just since then the furnance had to be replaced, all the electric wiring in the laundry room and the kitchen, the refrigerator had to be replaced,the door knob and lock had to be replaced and finally tonight I am home and the oven isnt working and neither is the outlet for the dryer and my bathroom sink has a huge leak. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The apartment complex was very well kept and the staff was very friendly when we moved in two years ago. In the past 6 months it has all gone down hill due to the new management. We have had so many problems with the manager, that we believe she is trying to force us to move. We already paid a pet deposit even though we had our dog for over a year and was told it was necessary. Then, since our lease rolls over every month they hiked our rent up again. We have been living in a 2 bedroom apartment at Eastgate. The landlords are nice and fix things rather quickly. The rent is low considering its not low income housing. The only complaint I would have is that due to its location there are not a lot of options for internet and cable. I would recommend this apartment complex for people who dont want to pay a fortune for a substandard, tiny apartment.
