Who's the owner of this business? I wonder if they even read this reviews or they just don't care? The service is horrendous. The boys are just not helpful, they don't acknowledge you unless you say something. Disappointing
I often buy meat from here but won’t anymore. We purchased a rump cap for $55 and cooked some on the bbq and it was SO tough, we literally couldn’t eat it. It wasn’t overcooked either. I’ve never had meat that tough before in all the years I have been buying it. We took the rest back and asked what can they do about it, we were happy to just grab something else and they flat out refused and said too bad. Bought four chicken schnitzels and there was barely any chicken in them. When cooked it was chewy, hard and discoloured. I always avoid buying from the butcher for this reason. I thought I would give them a chance but I won’t be back!
Never buy a thing in this meat shop, bad serve and very rude manner...
