Watermark is a perfect place to live if you can’t afford a brand new apartment. It is on the bus line even though it’s in Mesquite. Eastfield college is close by and also on bus line: which is the reason I moved here. The place is safe, we have been here 14 years and have never been robbed. They have a security gate and security cameras all over. The people who live here don’t cause trouble, and if they do the office won’t renew their lease. So no troublemakers live here for very long.
