I have never in my life been treated the way I was just treated on the phone from this office. (Receptionist I believe) This will be long because I am adding every detail... I’ll start by explaining why I am frustrated. I’ll even add I know this lady must be having a bad few weeks with everything going on. Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable veterinarians and staff members. My cat has received superb care with no pressure to perform expensive tests or procedures that are not necessary.
I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom who doesn’t have Facebook. She took her cat in to find out what was wrong with him November 1st and was told she’d have the results of the bloodwork on Monday. She never received a call, so she waited a couple days and then called. She was told the vet would call her back. Never received a call. She has called another 3 times, each time being told she would get called back. Never got a call. I love eastfield animal hospital and the doctors are great but they are hard to get ahold of. No one ever answers or calls back. I have to call multiple times or stop in to make an appt or get an answer for something.
Dr barns and staff are awesome and have always been very kind and take good care of my Sam and mom too when I’m nervous lol .thank you from the bottom of my heart you guys are the best haves meowvelous day
