Spent 2 hours in intake just to be told a bunch of things that ended up not being true. That id be able to see a doctor AT THAT LOCATION, that id be able to see a doctor in a timely fashion. Neither ended up being true and I will now how to pay out of pocket to get my meds thru a separate telehealth service. This will cost me hundreds of dollars, utterly ridiculous
If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. They are so unorganized, and unprofessional. My daughter needs ABA and I have had 4 appointments in 4 months all with different people asking the same exact questions to determine services yet in 4 months they have yet to actually provide ANY SERVICES. One guy called me twice to ask the same exact questions as if he forgot or lost the first documentation of the call. I asked the last person to have a supervisor call me over a month ago. Guess what? The walled lake office is a disaster. They are completely unorganized, tell you to come in and when you get there, they either say you’re at the wrong place or say no one is here to see you. Easter seals is a service- get your act together.
This office is very disorganized and unprofessional. When I call the front desk, they speak to me like they're half dead. Maybe they just dislike their job, but as a mental health office they make you feel as if you're an inconvenience just to schedule a simple return appointment with the doctor or therapist.
They help as little as possible. Go elsewhere.
