My experience with Dr. E.Smith was great; She was very empathetic to my concern. However, the office receptionist had an arrogant manner of treating me. She acted very intolerant to answer my questions. I even asked her many opportunities to solve some doubts, and she answers with a bad attitude. The woman was very dismissive of me, and in a moment, she made me feel I was asking for a favor instead of paying for a visit to the doctor.
Treatment/medication wasnt successful nor was attentiveness to the problem.
I go here once a year and love working with Eileen! Thank you!
