I respect all first responders but a couple days ago my baby brother, he’s a year old, he had a seizure and a high fever of 104. My family called the EMS but they didn’t arrive until an hour and a half later and by then my family was already at Wake Med because they drove themselves there.
I hate to give this review, but I feel it's a public service. I have been diabetic since 1997 starting in Brooklyn New York, every time I had to deal with EMS they were very professional, and polite to a sick or ill or injured person; myself. I have not had the same experience in East Wake, NC, they definitely have a few nice professional staff, but it's important to tell the truth. They were extremely helpful tonight. I truly can't thank them enough.
I have, thankfully, not had to call them, but whenever I see them around town they're always nice to people! Seem to have fast response times too.
