Office is easily accessible for handicapped, and everyone there is pleasant and helpful. My husband saw Gena Greene, and was so pleased with her compassion and helpfulness!

My husband is a Veteran and was referred after waiting 1.5 yrs for a ENT at the Hampton VA hospital,he saw Dr Keyes yesterday and we were both 100% pleased with him,staff could be a little more pleasant and shouldn't have to wait in lobby for a longtime but we liked this office. We live in Va Beach and there's a office closer it we agreed we'd stay with Dr Keyes in Chesapeake. Happy

I waited for almost 2 hours with two small children. When I asked the front desk if I should reschedule the response was, "Do you think you should?" I ended up asking for my co-pay back and leaving.
