One may offer $100 down payment and call for prices for many add-ons and tell the saleslady all you need is committee approval for the equipment you are excited about, but if she gets another offer, it's gone without a courtesy call. Bought several things there over the years. First time ever I tried to get some support and they treated me more like an enemy than a customer. Girl working front desk was the nastiest person I have ever dealt with. Stay away!
