It’s been quite a horrible experience so far. I could write a book about what we’ve experienced since moving in, but here are the highlights: Constant communication to the leasing office with little to no solution/care for issues Not enough parking for residents and cars are constantly being towed for parking where they’re able with no parking Laundry machines are expensive and constantly catch fire Hot water is very hard to come by, especially in the winter Constant renovations and loud landscaping every day right outside o... read more
We recently moved into a newly renovated apartment, and the entire application process was amazing and very smooth thanks to Jaime Dupell. She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and made everything so much easier for us. Anytime we had questions or concerns, she was always easy to reach and quick to respond. Jaime is such a kind, professional, and supportive person to work with. We truly appreciate all her help and highly recommend working with her!
My boyfriend and I just got our first apartment with Red Oak Eastern Trails a few months ago and our experience has been great so far. Right off the bat after putting in a request to tour some apartments we met with Tressa, who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and stayed in touch to answer any questions we had throughout the process and took us on tours. i can’t even express how disappointed i am. we started seeing roaches just a few days after we moved in. which we were blamed for even tho this has been an issue long before we moved in and neither of us had any pest issues at our previous homes. we’ve had to pack our entire kitchen and bathroom multiple times for spray treatments that don’t even work. they don’t care about their tenants at all. i’ve had to call out of work/rearrange my schedule multiple times for these ineffective treatments. the shared spaces like hallways... read more
