i can’t even express how disappointed i am. we started seeing roaches just a few days after we moved in. which we were blamed for even tho this has been an issue long before we moved in and neither of us had any pest issues at our previous homes. we’ve had to pack our entire kitchen and bathroom multiple times for spray treatments that don’t even work. they don’t care about their tenants at all. i’ve had to call out of work/rearrange my schedule multiple times for these ineffective treatments. the shared spaces like hallways... read more
kind of don’t care if they see this or not. not like they’re going to fix anything. moved in august 21st. saw our first cockroach 2 days after move in. which they broke our lease because the apartment should be pest free within the first ten days. but anyways 5 pest sprays later and we still have cockroaches. the neighbors somehow figure out everything about everyone. there’s no privacy. the leasing office are snarky and unapologetically rude even though i’m sure they wouldn’t want to live with cockroaches. they had to evict... read more
