Cannot speak highly enough of the experience received from the service team at Eastside Suzuki. Ferried me to and from work, provided a loan car overnight, kept me informed through the entire repair process and washed and vacuumed my car. Five star treatment from a five star team.
Gary and his team are very professional, caring, respectful and considerate. They provide sufficient information to support my decision without me feeling being pushed. The whole experience from test drive to the delivery of the car are all excellent. I definitely recommend them.
Once again, the whole service procedure I received exceeded my expectations. From the friendly, efficient young woman at reception, and the staff member who drove me home and back. it was so appreciated.
