I have been renting from Eastern Sunbelt for almost 2 years. They are good people, and I haven't had any problems. I would definitely recommend them.
Mike and Joann are great property managers. We were with them nearly two years and can highly recommend them. They really came through for us at a critical time and have always been most enjoyable to deal with. Maintenance requests are handled and taken care of very quickly. We would definitely rent from them again.
We were checking out a property that was very nice (Houston street) RENTER BEWARE we confirmed with the property manager they will NOT be cleaning up the rusty nails in the front and back yard as well as the glass scattered all throughout the property. Dang near $2k for move in fees and they can't even be bothered to do the bare minimum? And that's not to mention the absolute hack job on the inside of the property of itself. I highly advise the next tenant to contact code enforcement because I guarantee it isn't up to code. ... read more
