Unprofessional!!!! Eastern Star Glass Windows Doors is a disappointment to say the least. They will ghost you as they seem to lack the basic knowledge required to install windows and doors. Not able to trouble shoot or problem solve in any way. This is definitely a requirement when installing replacement windows and doors. I do not recommend this company. I had been shopping around for someone to do some renovations in my home and I came across Eastern Star. They managed to revive my home from a outdated 90’s look to a new modern and sleek look. Ashour came by my home and left me a very reasonable quote for change of 4 windows, new flooring for my upstairs & a total make over of my washroom.
