Worst experience EVER! Dealership doesn't stand by their work even under warranty. Drive FAR FAR away to service your car. Spent over 17,000 on a new engine that now needs repairs in under 10K miles. Terrible service and even worse customer service. I tried to give zero stars but I am obligated to give at least one.
Three years ago I spent $44,000.00 on a fully loaded Ford Edge. My husband and I have good jobs, good credit and found ourselves needing a bigger vehicle, so we went here to see what they could give us on a trade in and to buy a new Ford Explorer.
