The sunroom is great. We are enjoying it so much. The staff was wonderful, professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend eastern Sunrooms.
Very pleased with quality and craftsmanship. The install team was fantastic, their work is flawless. They kept the job site clean and finished ahead of schedule. Highly recommend.
I love my Lanai!! Once all materials came in it went up quickly. They left the place very clean were very receptive to my needs. I compared many companies and visited many Lanai's, and I have to say mine is the best quality and design.
We asked for an estimate, had Jack out to review discuss our project and we were told we would receive an estimate in 1-2 days. A week later and we have still not received the estimate or any indication that are, or are not, interested in our project. In the meantine we have had two other contractors out and have received their estimates as promised. Personally it is a red flag if you can not get pass the first stage of a project with someone. Eastern Sunrooms switched out our screen panels on our patio with beautiful sunroom panels (sliding windows and screens+ 2 nice size doors). Product, craftsmanship installation and customer service was 100% 1st class. Alex provided the 1st consultation, was present for the final measurements before fabrication, he caught a couple of important details that we would have missed, stopped by during the installation, and again afterwards to make sure everything was 100% to our satisfaction.
