We asked for an estimate, had Jack out to review discuss our project and we were told we would receive an estimate in 1-2 days. A week later and we have still not received the estimate or any indication that are, or are not, interested in our project. Eastern Sunrooms switched out our screen panels on our patio with beautiful sunroom panels (sliding windows and screens+ 2 nice size doors). Product, craftsmanship installation and customer service was 100% 1st class. Alex provided the 1st consultation, was present for the final measurements before fabrication, he caught a couple of important details that we would have missed, stopped by during the installation, and again afterwards to make sure everything was 100% to our satisfaction. Dear Bill and Team, We love our new sunroom—this team delivered a beautiful finished space and the craftsmanship really shows. Our sunroom looks beautiful. A few problems came up during the build, but they were ultimately resolved and the sunroom turned out amazing. Happy with the end result, now we can enjoy our sunroom project.
I moved to Southport from Ohio, and I had Sunspace enclose our porch in Ohio and we loved the product. We contacted Alex Torres at Eastern Sunrooms here in Southport after we moved, and had them remove the screen frames on our porch and install the Sunspace vinyl windows and door.
