Horrible people!!! If they forget your appointment they give you flowers then ban you from further appointments… you can’t loose your temper because they want all “Stepford Wives”…. You can’t tell them how you feel or you are banished!!! Horrible horrible people!!!

Absolutely ridiculous “appointment confirmation policy”. If they do not hear from you by noon, they will cancel the appt. And then try to charge you a $25 fee to reschedule it. Even if your appointment is not until Monday and today is Thursday. I genuinely used to love them, but will not be retuning. The policies they have in place are ludicrous. It is no longer about comfort of the patient but about how they can squeeze every penny they can from you. Very sad
