DO NOT BRING YOU’RE LOVED ONE HERE. It takes 45 minutes to an hour to answer a call light. The administrator has no compassion, or understanding! I can’t believe she is even licensed!

30 minutes to get hot water for a shower, not very clean, especially 4th floor, bathroom floor left wet after shower (slip/fall potential), items stolen from room, care staff seems more interested in checking stuff off vs caring for patients, activities are posted but not sure they happened, family asked for blood test results but never got them, they did not want patient leaving facility for cardiac follow up when pt just had a stent put in, but their cardiologist was not a remarkable doctor by impression. Eastern Shore Rehabilitation and Health Center is NOT a good option and does not deserve the one-star rating (ZERO was NOT an option). 4th floor patients are treated terribly and are stripped of their dignity - even some of the staff admit it. From arrival to departure (with a VERY short notice period for those that have to find a new location for their loved one's "time is up"), it was horrible.
