I had my first appointment today and my experience was amazing. Everybody was so friendly and kept me informed the whole time. I knew what those crazy numbers meant that the Dr yells out, I saw and was explained every X-ray and I was presented a plan of care that was manageable.
Eastern Shore Dental has a great staff from the time you enter untill you leave. Every staff memberis knowledgable and provides excellent quality care.
I was a nervous wreck going into my appointment. I hadn't been to a dentist in over a decade and I knew my mouth was a mess. Dr. Francis and the rest of the team were amazing. Immediately made me feel at ease by constantly reassuring me that the past didn't matter since I was on the right path by coming in today. My experience was excellent! Dr. Francis is absolutely wonderful, patient, kind and most reassuring! Her assistants were great as well! Everyone at your office is so friendly and very helpful! I feel extremely blessed to have Dr. Francis and staff assisting me with my dental needs!
