I have been seeing Dr Billings at Eastern Shore Dental Care since 1993. The doctors and technicians have always been friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience going to the dentist. They are a great group of people.

I was hesitant to book an appointment for myself, my seven-year-old and my five-year-old at the same time for cleanings. I was more than impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of all of the hygienist and staff. They really made my kids and I feel like family. My kids actually love the dentist now! Dr. Francis has such a gentle, calming demeanor that puts my kids at ease. I would recommend this practice to anyone.They truly go above and beyond.
