I had an appointment to have 3 fillings replaced. As soon as I entered the office I was greeted by four extremely friendly ladies at the front desk. I was cheerfully escorted to the waiting area where I only waited for about 3 minutes. I was taken back and I was seated on the most comfortable, soft chair to have my work done.
