Always timely; very professional; everything is well explained; Dr. Billings and staff are very courteous, friendly, and accommodating.
Everyone in the office is kind, caring and professional. I’ve had six visits for treatment since September, four all related to the same tooth that has had problems. The dentists worked really hard to fix it and try to make the process as painless as possible. Everything is very clean and very comfortable for a dental office - heat and massage chairs are a great distraction. Scott and Lynn, his assistant, were GREAT Virtually no discomfort and both were very attentive to my comfort in the chair and during the procedures.

ESDC got me in right away, made me a temp. tooth and ordered a new crown that will fit with my invisilign tray all within an hour. The friendly and kind, excellent service truly makes this dental office the pride of the eastern shore! I've brought all of my family to ESDC and they all love this office. I'd have to say the Saturday, early morning and evening hours are much appreciated.

You cannot find a gentler, kinder hygienist than Jen. Dr. Lin and Taylor are so easy to communicate with and both have light touches. The modern office and stress reducing accoutrements are a pleasant bonus.
Love this practice! We have been using this practice for a decade now and have never been disappointed. I was a bit concerned when they expanded that they would lose that “personal touch” but that has not happened. They have continued to keep up with the ever changing practice of dentistry while maintaining that “mom and pop” feel of a small practice. I always see the same hygienist (Laurie) who is always welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this practice.
It happened right before Christmas 2016. My front tooth got chipped really badly. I was a new patient to the Eastern Shore Dental Care and 9 month pregnant!!! They took care of me like noone ever did!!! They restored my tooth temporary before I could come to them later and do the whole work on the tooth after I give birth. And they didn't charge me anything! It was an unbelievable Christmas gift!!! I am so grateful!
