As ever today apptmt was on time. I was made comfortable. Exam was careful and thorough. Comments and suggestions re options and next steps were clear. All in all: well done.
Dr. Billings had to replace a crown that I had lost. As always Doctor Billings and staff provide exceptional quality services. As always, my experience today was painless and easy.
Eastern Shore Dental Care is a beautiful state of the art office. The staff was super friendly and pleasant to work with, the office is clean and sleek. I can't wait to come back for my next appointment. I will be recommending Eastern Shore Dental Care to anyone who is looking for a new dentist office.
Everyone from receptionist to the checkout person was informed and professional. The hygienist was her usual excellent provider and it was good to see Dr Billings himself as he was my original dentist (but I like Dr Murphy too)..Every employee I encountered was friendly and cheerful even if I was just passing them by. The office is modern and sparkling and the facilities are state of the art. My appointment was on time.ESDC is a model for a well run and caring operation and it has always been so through the years.
