After a long awaited appointment to get my teeth cleaned, because of the shutdown with this COVID mess, Jen made me feel comfortable that they were doing everything possible to be safe during the process. I've been going to her for a couple years now and she doesn't let me down getting a thorough cleaning. She's great!
Tad was very professional and gave great advice.
Despite my being late because of remodelers of my house not showing up on time, I was later to my appt. However, Eastern Shore Dental Care made room for me an hour later. With all that was done (see above), I was in and out in an hour. As usual, service was exceptional. Look forward to seeing them at my next regular checkup.

Absolutely blown away by this dental practice. It's clearly a dental hygiene machine - they've got 19 cleaning rooms. But it feels like a small practice. My hygienist (hi Tad!) was super awesome and kind. The front desk staff was welcoming as it was my first time. The place was also spotless and beautiful. Dr. Murphy checked me over and recommended a crown, but said it wasn't entirely necessary. Definitely didn't feel like I was being sold something I didn't need. I have avoided the dentist for years because of high anxiety. I decided to return to Eastern Shore Dental because of my positive experience years ago, and today was even more positive. Professional, personal, and very clean environment. Thank you VERY much!
The staff is like a well oiled machine. So efficient yet friendly and helpful.
Paloma greeted me in a timely manner. She was very nice and extremely professional! Looking forward to my visit in January with her!
Beth is always friendly, kind, and efficient. I was a bit worried about the virus but she explained all the precautions that have made for us patients to feel safe. It was a very good experience.
