the receptionists was very welcoming. the dental hygienist Laurie was very nice enough to explain everything to me what she is about to do and why she is doing it. Though we know some of the things that was going on, but taking time to explain what they are about to do lessen the anxiety cause you know what to expect, and that helps a lot. I would like to have her as my next hygienist next time i come.
