The front desk staff is horrible. They Discriminate against those who hold private insurance. And are too lazy to file anything but for a company that solely submits online. The office manager does her job POORLY. Even when I gave her all the steps to properly file my claim so THEY could be paid she was nothing but nasty and rude. Doctor is great but unfortunately the face of his office is not kind friendly or inviting to the working class family. Such a shame
