I’ve come to this office for years and years and I’m leaving it I highly recommend people do not come here. I missed several appts according to them that I did not know I had because I never got any type of reminder phone call or text messages that they claim they sent out and I have noted to them before I need to be reminded which they offer as an option. Great Team, they will also see you at the hospital. Very professional. The office team is also great
The actual office isn't bad it's getting ahold of somebody. I was seen yesterday for a sick visit was told my perscriptions had been sent. I call my pharmacy today and they have nothing on file being sent.... so I call the office to sort it out about 20 calls in an hour voicemail every time. Highly unprofessional.
I did not appreciate the tone of Taylor this morning. As I've been waiting for over a month and three visits for a pre authorization. Taylor rudely cut me off in the middle of my sentence. Put me on hold and passed the phone to Hannah who was very professional.
