I had a new ac unit installed in September of 2023. When we turned it on in the spring, it was not working properly. Called to make an appointment and was told there was only a six month warranty on my brand new unit that was not working. Called my warranty company, they had them come out. They stated nothing was wrong with my unit despite my thermostat notifications about high humidity and not being able to cool properly. Called again and they came out again.
