Had a service call on HVAC on 9/22/25. The first day I took off work because they said they would come on 9/23/25 between 11am - 7pm (big window). Then after not hearing anything, all day I called after 6 to be told they couldn't get to me. Then was told between 10-2 that Thursday 9/25/25. Showed up and did the evaluation. Was supposed to submit a quote for repair. I have called at all different times on several days and have left at least 10 messages with the folks that do their answering service. I had a new ac unit installed in September of 2023. When we turned it on in the spring, it was not working properly. Called to make an appointment and was told there was only a six month warranty on my brand new unit that was not working. Called my warranty company, they had them come out. They stated nothing was wrong with my unit despite my thermostat notifications about high humidity and not being able to cool properly. Called again and they came out again.
