We absolutely love Dr. Drummond and her team! She’s been amazing with our daughter, who was born premature, always showing patience, compassion, and genuine care. She’s attentive, knowledgeable, and makes each visit comfortable and reassuring. We couldn’t ask for a better Pediatrician!
Do yourself a favor, and take your business to Mobile. This practice is ran with incompetence, and a complete lack of professionalism. Our daughter was born with severe swelling in her kidneys (according to Thomas Hospital), and encouraged us to seek a referral for a VCUG with a urologist at Sacred Heart as quickly as we could. Dr Burns’ apparent negligence in failing to submit an US referral to the hospital in a timely manner is unacceptable. Children’s and Women’s released my grandson on a Wednesday morning with instructions to follow up with his pediatrician and have a follow up US by Friday.
