I received a letter in the mail that I owe a anesthesiologist bill from them on a procedure that was did 2yrs ago! I never received a bill just this strange letter. I call the number i was given, its not a working number. So I called the 205 number that I was given, and I didn't have a bill. The bill collector from mobile, that I spoke with he told it was from Feb 2024. The big office out of Birmingham said I haven't had a bill since May of 2025, and EVERYTHING was paid in full!!!!

I received a phone call saying they were sending me to collections and I had never received a bill. Just received the bill in the mail finally so I don’t understand how you can send someone to collections for a bill before you send it.

Was charged $595 for the MD to give anesthesia and charged another $595 for CRNA to monitor during procedure after receiving the anesthesia. This is a complete rip off since a CRNA can do all of the above.

Sent a bill to collections for 4 times the co pay after an EOB was issued showing they were paid, in network and received everything but their copay, not only is this fraud but should reflect how they operate as a business. No phone number they have goes to a person to speak with, voice mails or busy signals is all you get.
