RecommendedBeen using Eastern Security for years now. They have done a great job educating us on the different ways we can both secure our home and more importantly make it digitally functional. Having thermostats, garage door openers, digital door locks, video cameras and security all through one app is a great feature! The staff is also easy and friendly to work with.

Thanks to ESS I can finally say I have peace of mind and feel completely safe in my new home! Instead of a new website, maybe you should invest in giving your customers a better service... I called 3 times because my shop's front camera was out yet no one ever came to fix it... I was told that you were busy with many projects and didn't have time this week to fix it... SO DISAPPOINTED! Of course you take my money every month (no delay in doing that) but you don't provide me with the basic service...
