This is by far the best specialist practice I have ever attended. Dr Alberta Hoi is extremely thorough, caring and knowledgeable, and I have been so impressed by her follow-up and attention. I would also like to mention Nancy who works in reception, she too is extremely helpful, friendly and diligent, with exceptional follow-up. I cannot thank them both enough.
I came here to see Dr. Shom with gradually worsening symptoms I had been dealing with for over two years. I was already giving up hope that I would ever get a diagnosis but Dr. Shom demonstrated his expertise incredibly. Unfortunately Dr Shom couldn’t give me a proper diagnosis that could explain all my symptoms. Although he did suggest that my symptoms were consistent with fibromyalgia, he said he couldn’t do anything further for me in that regard and that he’d have to recommend a different rheumatologist, a Dr Daniel Lewis who I had actually considered seeing first. A bit disappointed that I left without a formal diagnosis and that I’m back to square one with having to go back to my GP and get another referral to Dr Lewis. In the end it wa... read more
