I rented a apartment from them which I had to pay for electricity and gas Guess what I was paying for the illegal tenants in basement also was just one gas and electricity meter,how I found out was bcs I went in vacation 1 month and my bill came high,very dishonest people they knew that from the beginning both realtor and owner Korean after I left they rented with all utilities included.stay away from them

Worst agency ever to have encountered.. they say they are with in the branch of Christie real estate after the name change they had from eastern realty but feel like they just using the name.. oh and don't even go if you are not korean or can't speak korean they look down on you with out even starting a normal conversation professionally.. shame on you Christie for "merging" with such agency...
If you are planning to buy or rent a house in New Jersey, I highly recommend Emily Kim at Christie's Real Estate Fort Lee.It was very difficult to find a house, but they helped me from the beginning until the contract was signed. There were a lot of things I didn't know about real estate, but she kindly explained it to me! This is a place I would like to recommend to my friends.
