The Gables of Brownlea is a pretty decent complex. However, when I go to visit my friend that lives there, there is ALWAYS big piles of dog poop near the steps and in the grass right in the front of the building. This is a constant problem that Eastern Property Management refuses to resolve.

Unwelcoming attitude. Not friendly at all.
I love the location of the apartments, but raising the rent after signing every lease is crazy. A room was supposed to be painted over a year ago, but I still have cracks in the paint on the walls. Maintenance sucks, instead of fixing another issue one guy just turned the machine off and now fast forward about 4 months later the drainage is all over the floor.
