I love the location of the apartments, but raising the rent after signing every lease is crazy. A room was supposed to be painted over a year ago, but I still have cracks in the paint on the walls. Maintenance sucks, instead of fixing another issue one guy just turned the machine off and now fast forward about 4 months later the drainage is all over the floor.
I lived here for a year and although there were minor issues with the apartment, my overall living experience was amazing! Leasing office employees were always so helpful. Maintenance literally comes the same day or next morning. Only real issue I had was it being a little warm in the living room during the summer. I never purchased an A/C unit for the living room (I was being cheap lol). I recommend purchasing your own A/C unit for the living room. Pipes burst 3 times since living here for almost 4 years. I am tired of rent steadily rising knowing we as people have other things to pay for.
