Absolutely horrible NEVER rent from them I am actually going to report them to the BBB this is one of the worse property groups I have ever dealt with
Owner Steve is a ruthless jerk and I will never do business with them again or lease from any property they own. They raise their rent every year on their properties when they are in a constant state of disrepair. They are big on promises and short on delivery. They invest in cosmetic and landscaping improvements while leaving the apartments in a state of disrepair.
