Great, fast, and clean We had our hot water tank explode they were fast to come out and replace within an hour they came by drained the old tank, picked up a new and put in the new one. I was so grateful on how fast they were.
Steven Lasoski I recently hired Eastern to replace my shower stall. The plumbing work was great, the shower works wonderfully. The customer service is lacking. While replacing the shower stall they cut a 15" slit totally through the bathroom wall into my bedroom, and did not even apologize for it, when asked about the slit they responded "You could probably fix that with a wall kit I guess." Why should I have to fix it when you made the hole during a nearly $1600 job? They also said they were going to replace the trim in my ... read more
