Very rude people. Whoever the receptionist was she had no concept of human decency. I was asking questions so I could give her the right information and she was beyond rude, sighing at my questions as a first time parent, mumbling “oh my god” under her breath” and just all around an unpleasant experience when speaking with her. I didn’t even get the chance to make an appointment because she was so rude I just hung up. Don’t waste your time
