We rushed our beautiful 8-year-old cat Ferb to EPVC on Friday, March 6th, when we noticed he was having a hard time breathing. The entire staff was wonderful, compassionate, and so empathetic. The doctors, front desk staff, and everyone were so caring. Thank you for taking great care of our buddy in his final hours. You will be highly recommended by this family!
If our family could give a 500 star review to Eastern Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Center we would. Our beloved family member Ripken suddenly became critically ill. He was hospitalized at EPVMC for 10 days. Dr. Karlin Erk , Dr. Lindsey Graham, Dr. Gaemia Tracy and Dr. Heather Regan and the nursing staff were absolutely AMAZING!! Let me begin by saying I have nothing bad to say about the doctor. Now, here is my story. We took our dog into the facility to have a PLDA procedure. We got a call saying that the procedure went well, but my dog received all of his medication at one time. Medication that was supposed to be given in an IV over 12 hours was given in 1 hour. The IV was set up incorrectly and dripped too fast. So we were panicked and worried for 24 hours while they monitored for tachycardia, seizures, and Heinz bodies.
