Needed new shower head with shower wand. Was recommended a Kohler and it was ordered. I was told it would be about 2 weeks. I tried calling on a Saturday to check on it and could never get through. I was called on Monday to say it was in. I told the woman I had found the same exact shower head at Home Depot for $34 less but I would come down to EPSCO. Very good company
We worked with Michele for our new build. Faucets, vanities and matching bathroom accessories for towels etc. We loved everything and happy with our experience.
They would not sell me flex duct because of the low quantity and I was not a customer with an account. Just because I don't have an account doesn't mean I don't purchase from you. I found another local company that was more than happy to sell to me and guess what. They have a new customer. ME!
