The office staff was nice, but Dr. Amy Javia needs to go back and learn some bedside manners. I waited months for a follow-up appointment and when I went she didn't even look into my history. She did nothing for me, so now I still have on-going problem and don't know what to do or where to go.
We now live in CANADA. WOOHOO 4 TO 6 MONTHS FOR AN APPOINTMENT. IF YOUR GUYS ARE HURTING GO DIE LMAO. STOP PAYING FOR YOUR MEDICAL NO USE.
Doctors are very nice and knowledgeable but the office staff is a different story. I have been waiting over a week for a call back and also tried calling them to reschedule a procedure and an appointment. No one EVER answers the phone and a person's health is important so this needs to be addressed. There isn't much luck with the portal either because you get the same result which is nothing.
