Son excelentes y rápida respuesta.
My review in regards to the dental office. They tried to charge me out of pocket to re-cement my crown, when my insurance will paid to cover it. The office manager told me I had to leave the room, while I was calling my insurance to confirm the will pay. I decided not to do a cleaning because I found that Unprofessional. Dr. Singh reported she gave me an exam, when she never even exam my teeth. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist office to anyone. The waiting area is very small.
I take all 3 of my girls at the same time for all their appointments. Never a problem when they are scheduled and they started getting faster even when seeing families like mine. Both doctors end their visits with the kids with stickers and a lollipop, they love that part.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Pamela, and I must say she was amazing! Even though it was a last-minute appointment, she made the experience seamless. I’m very particular when it comes to dental care, and I can confidently say I highly recommend her.
I would recommend this place if you would like to have your teeth grinded off without being informed that is going to be what they intend to do to you
