My family loves Eastern Pearl. We travel about 15 miles to go there.There is no better place to eat Chinese food in Central Florida.A bit pricey but worth it. It is not fast food takeout. They will make any substitutes in sauces. They also have side vegetable dishes that are really great. As a rule I dont like Chinese food, but this place I like. You can also watch them cooking.

Eastern Pearl is truly the best Chinese restaurant in the area. I have yet to have an average meal there, much less a bad one. The restaurant is in the Publix shopping center and leaves a bit to be desired, but once inside the atmosphere is lovely. The food is wonderful. I love their Soupy Dumplings. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

Very disappointing carry-out food. Lo-mein with noodles \$7.95 had virtually no pork. Waiter tried to say "lo-mein with noodles does not come with fried rice" though menu clearly indicates this choice selection. Spicy chicken entree was very small. Carry-out containers are "downsized." Food was flavorful but not of quality. Prices are high considering value of food received. A glance at the empty dining room tells you that this attractive restaurant is missing the boat.
great and decent Chinese restaurant I'm glad to find out that EASTERN PEARL in Altamonte is a great and elegant Chinese restaurant and the portion and quality of the food is perfect. P.F. Chang is too big and sometimes is too noisy....
Great Chinese My family and I met for an early dinner at Eastern Pearl. We were very impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant. The staff seated us quickly and took our drink & appetizer orders. Our meals were prepared correctly as we had ordered variances of menu items. Everything was very appetizing and hot when served. The cost for this meal was around $53 for 3 people which is reasonable for the portions served and the service received.
Our favorite chinese restaurant in Orlando. The scallion pancakes are excellent, as is the szechuan beef. All noodle dishes weve tried (chow fun, lo mein) have been great.
