The receptionist is TERRIBLE! Any time I have ever spoken with her she treats me like I'm an idiot, talks down to me and she has passed on the incorrect email for me, to my doctor, so my doctor has been emailing my private medical information to some random person.... I'm beyond disappointed with what has happened here but none of it rests on my doctor, she is very nice and helpful but due to the receptionist there is now some random person who has access to my FULL medical correspondence!
Jessica and her team do a great job I was looking for a doctor for several years and just thankful that she was able to take me on as a patient
