The receptionist is TERRIBLE! Any time I have ever spoken with her she treats me like I'm an idiot, talks down to me and she has passed on the incorrect email for me, to my doctor, so my doctor has been emailing my private medical information to some random person.... I'm beyond disappointed with what has happened here but none of it rests on my doctor, she is very nice and helpful but due to the receptionist there is now some random person who has access to my FULL medical correspondence!
