I am extremely disappointed with the management of this building, particularly with the building manager and security staff. Their behavior is unprofessional and fosters conflict instead of resolving it, creating a toxic environment for residents, many of whom are elderly and vulnerable. One of the most concerning issues is that these individuals refuse to identify themselves. When asked for their names or positions, they decline to provide this information. Has a computer lab for seniors that's not used that much, but the PC's and Internet are really fast considering the price (free). Lab also has a nice flat screen TV.
Very strict rules to get into the building, you need to check in and temperature taken.
