Marie, the NP, is getting the 5 stars, as well as the main floor receptionist. The receptionist on the second floor would get ZERO stars....always rude. Inexcusable. This was my first encounter with Marie and I couldn't have been more pleased. She is lovely and extremely knowledgeable. Wonderful bedside manner, as it were. I was so lucky to have seen her. She is kind and listens. Her diagnosis was correct and I'm now on the mend. They are very fortunate to have her. Jody Maclaren.
What a horrible experience the receptionist with long brown hair with grey streaks and a bang. She had a terrible attitude, was not walking at all, and told me that I needed to fix my attitude, but I was being nothing but polite. I felt like it was because I was Black. I would never come here again until she gets fired for how she treated me and maybe other people.
