I encountered eastern dental when I was looking for an orthodontist for my daughter. They were very professional until they got paid. Once paid they made it impossible to get appointments. Today with great difficulty the Cinnaminson office saw availability in the Ewing office at 3:30pm and I was told her doctor will be in that office today. I got my daughter out of school early and my baby sitter drove 40 mins to get her to the appointment and my daughter was told today she will only be made comfortable and needs to reschedu... read more
Sucks!!! It’s no reason it’s 2 hygienist always working thru 150 patients a day. If your appt is at 11am clear out your whole afternoon bcux you won’t get out until after 4pm. Horrible, Do better
DR swarz and tech are amazing! Extremely patient and kind as we go through this process of full implants!
I’ve been a patient of Eastern Dental Ewing for over 30 years. In my opinion, they schedule too many appointments resulting in patients wait times of 45 minutes or longer, The staff is nice, but who’s ever in charge of time management should take a course in time management. No way to run a business
